ANSWER:

1) Hardware Requirement:
You must have a PC CAMERA.

2)It can use for follow situation:
When you temporarily leave the office, and hope nobody to bother your computer's working, the PC WATCHER show the huge function,. it will report toward you at real time, accurately and credibly.

3) When it is working:
It monitors your home or office 24 hours a day, captures motion event and saves into a series images, and, it will send these images into you mailbox if you are't on the scene.

4) The usage is follows:
<1>Running the PC Watcher,

<2> Working with the default setup, click the "Start" button.

If there have no motion events, it prompt: Safely without matter~~~

If there have motion events(The TV turns on), it prompt Warn!! Have action! ~~~ And, in no time, the alarm ringing.

Then, PC Watcher works from 12:00 to 14:00.

Note: Errors when using mailbox to receive the pictures,
Because some MAIL SERVERS for the sake of prevent SPAMs, Only users who have paid for a premium Mail subscription may retrieve and send messages from their POP and SMTP server. so, you must use the MAILBOX which is authorized by the POP and SMTP SERVER.
